This trail, about 6 km long, follows the path of the former railway line that once connected Poggibonsi to Colle Val d’Elsa, decommissioned in 1987. The route is mostly flat, pleasantly shaded, and perfect for walking or cycling.
Along the way, you’ll find charming sections with stone bridges, poppy fields, and a series of signposts telling the story of the old railway and its local significance.
